Preparation of Na_(0.7)CoO_2 polycrystals with nano-materials

摘要 按照化学摩尔配比计算原料、采用固相反应法合成了Na0.7CoO2样品,XRD测量结果表明合成的Na0.7CoO2是单相多晶.在冰水混合物温度下测量的Raman光谱证明了合成的Na0.7CoO2多晶具有成分准确和物相单一的特点.分析表明粒径为20~50nm的Co3O4原料具有高的烧结驱动能和大比表面积,这是烧结Na0.7CoO2多晶不需氧气保护、温度较低的主要因素. The samples of Na_(0.7)CoO_2 polycrystals have been synthesized by solid-state reaction according to corresponding components chemical molar ratio.The result of XRD measurements has demonstrated shown that the Na_(0.7)CoO_2 samples are of the single-phase polycrystals.Under the temperature the mixture of ice and water,the Raman spectrum of measurements has also proved that the Na_(0.7)CoO_2 polycrystals have the characteristic with accurate composition and single phase.The high drive energy and big specific surface areas of the Co_3O_4 particles with average dimension is at 20-50?nm are the major factors that the preparation for (Na_(0.7)CoO_2) in our case does not demand oxygen atmosphere gas and has lower sintering temperature than which in literature 1.
