摘要
对无机陶瓷膜微滤黄芩提取液进行了研究.测定了不同操作条件对膜通量的影响;考察了膜的清洗方法;测定了有效成分的含量.结果表明,采用无机陶瓷微滤膜进行黄芩提取液的澄清是一种有前途的新技术.
Clarification of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extracted by ceramic microfiltration membrane was studied.Different operating parameters on membrane flux was investigated.Membrane was cleaned by using some chemical agents.The effective compound before and after microfiltration were studied.The results show that ceramic microfiltration technology is a promising new one for clarification of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi extract.
