摘要
碳纤维片材的热膨胀系数与混凝土的热膨胀系数相差很大,因而,在环境温差作用下,补强碳纤维片材和混凝土界面处将产生界面温度应力.正确地分析界面温度应力,揭示界面温度应力的变化规律,对补强结构设计和安全评价具有重要意义.建立了碳纤维片材补强混凝土梁的界面温度应力定量计算公式,并通过实验测试验证了定量分析理论的合理性.研究结果表明:界面温度应力分布及大小与补强复合材料的刚度和作用温差有较大关系,与基底混凝土的刚度关系不大.
Coefficient of thermal expansion of carbon fiber sheet is larger different than that of the concrete. The interface of Carbon fiber sheet reinforced concrete will produce temperature stress under the circumstance of temperature difference. In order to design the reinforced structure and evaluate safely, it is very significant to analyse the interface temperature stress and to find the changing law of interface temperature stress. This paper gives the formula of quantitative analysis of carbon fiber sheet reinforced concrete, makes use of an experiment to validate the rationality of quantitative analysis theory. The result of the research indicates that the rigidity of reinforced composite material and the effect of temperature difference decide the distributing of interface temperature stress and it' s bulk, but the rigidity of base concrete has little relation to them.
