中华荚果蕨化学成分研究

Studies on the Chemical Constituents of Matteuccia intermedica C.Chr

从中华荚果蕨ＭａｔｔｅｕｃｃｉａｉｎｔｅｒｍｅｄｉａＣ．Ｃｈｒ．中分离出三种双氢黄酮类化合物，经光谱方法鉴定为去甲氧基荚果蕨素（Ⅰ）、甲氧基荚果蕨辛（Ⅱ）和荚果蕨素（Ⅲ）。另外还分离出槲皮素（Ⅳ）、β－谷甾醇（Ⅴ）和软脂酸（Ⅵ）。以上成分均为首次从该植物中分得。

Three flavanones, desmethoxymatteucinol(Ⅰ), methoxymatteucin(Ⅱ), matteucinol(Ⅲ), together with quercetin(Ⅳ), β-sitosterol(Ⅴ)and palmatic acid(Ⅵ)were isolated from Matteuccia intermedia C. Chr., The structures were identified by means of UV, 1R, NMR and MS spectra. All the six compounds were first reported in this plant.
