论中国——朝鲜经济合作的战略意义与辽宁省的作用

On the Strategic Significance of the Economic Cooperation between China and D.P.R. Korea and the Role Liaoning Province Plays

朝鲜半岛具有重要的地缘战略地位,中国加强与朝鲜的经济合作关系到国家的安全利益和经济利益。20世纪90年代以来,中国与朝鲜的经济合作在空间上主要强调了图们江地区的重要性,在图们江地区经济合作进展缓慢的情况下,本文认为应重新审视双方合作的地理重心。当前随着朝鲜经济开发战略的调整和朝鲜半岛形势的变化,辽宁省在中国与朝鲜经济合作中的作用必将凸现出来。

The Korean peninsula has an important geographically strategic position and the fact that China strengthens the economic cooperation with D.P.R.Korea concerns its state security and economic benefits. Since the 90s of the 20th century, China has mainly stressed the importance of the Tumen River area in view of space regarding the economic cooperation with D.P.R.Korea. Under the situation that the economic cooperation develops slowly in the Tumen River area, this paper argues that both parties should restudy the geographic focus on such cooperation. With the adjustment of the Korean economic development strategy and the changes of the Korean Peninsular situation, the role that Liaoning Province plays in the economic cooperation with D.P.R.Korea will be highlighted.
