短葶山麦冬皂甙C的药理活性研究 被引量:54

摘要 对短葶山麦冬(Liriopemuscari)块根中分得的甾体皂甙短葶山麦冬皂甙C进行了免疫作用和抗S180肿瘤的实验观察。结果表明短葶山麦冬皂甙C可显著延长小鼠存活时间,极显著增加小鼠的脾脏重量,显著增强小鼠的碳粒廓清作用,对抗由环磷酰胺和60Coγ射线照射引起的小鼠白细胞数下降,抑制S180肉瘤和腹水癌的生长。其中抗缺氧、增加免疫器官重量、碳粒廓清作用与同剂量人参总皂甙无明显差异。 Ruscogenin 1-O-[β-D-glucopyranosyl (1→2)][β-D-xylopyranosyl (1→3)]-β-D-fucopyranoside (LM-3), a new steroidal saponin was isolated from tuberous roots of Liriope muscari (Decne.) Bailey grown in Fujian provice, China. The studies showed that LM-3 can significantly prolonged the survival time (P<0.01) of mice under normobaric hypoxia condition, increased obviously the weights of spleen (p<0.01) and thymus (P<0.05) of mice, and enhanced the clearance rate (P<0.01) of iv charcoal particles in mice. There are no significantly differences between LM-3 and the total glycoside of Ginseng in same dosage. LM-3 can also antagonized remarkably the leukopenia caused by cyclophosphamitie (P<0.01) in mice and on 60Coγ irradiation (P< 0.01) in mice, and have antitumor activty of EAC (P<0. 01)and S180 (P<0. 05) in mice.
