摘要
利用溶胶凝胶法和微波等离子体沉膜技术在载玻片上负载同时掺Fe3+和H的TiO2膜,经焙烧后得到光催化效果较好的TiO2光催化剂。分别以紫外和可见光为光源时,通过对茜素红的光催化降解实验发现,掺铁量均为0.1%(质量分数)的FeH/TiO2较Fe/TiO2的光催化性能好,可见光的利用率明显增强;UVVis检测表明,掺铁0.1%(质量分数)的FeH/TiO2紫外吸收峰较其他TiO2光催化剂增多且明显红移。XRD分析显示掺铁0.1%FeH/TiO2分别在500和550℃焙烧后,均保持完整的锐钛矿型晶相,晶体粒度分别为12.9和17.3nm。
A glass-slide was coated with a film of Fe 3+-H doped titanium dioxide by sol-gel method and microwave plasma-deposition technique. The film was calcined and an excellent TiO_ 2 photo- catalyst was obtained. It was found that the catalytic activity for the degradation of alizarin red of Fe-H/TiO_ 2 was better than that of Fe-TiO_ 2 under UV light or visible light when the mass percent of Fe 3+ doped was 0.1%, and the efficiency of the visible light was increased. The absorption peaks of Fe-H/TiO_ 2 with 0.1% doped-Fe 3+ not only were more than that of other TiO_ 2 but also showed red shift. The XRD spectra show that Fe-H/TiO_ 2 with 0.1% doped-Fe 3+ obtained separately at 500 ℃ and 550 ℃ kept the anatase crystal system and the average size of the anatase crystals were 12.9 nm and 17.3 nm, respectively.
