三峡冲沙闸混凝土施工冷水机组出水温度控制

摘要 在三峡临时船闸改建冲沙闸的施工中,为确保工程对混凝土温度控制要求,自建了冷水车间,选用LSKF2-16螺杆冷水机组,通过低温冷水实现对混凝土温度进行控制。在运行过程中,因外部用水系统人为及其他故障而易造成机组出水温度低于7℃的安全隐患,为解决此类安全隐患而采取了相应的控制方法,主要有人为控制法和自动控制法。通过实验和实际运行中验证,达到了温度控制的目的。 In the reconstruction of temporary shiplock to flushing sluice, in order to control the temperature of concrete, the cooling water plant was constructed and LSKF2-16 cooling equipment was selected, using cooling water to control the temperature of concrete. In the process of operation, for the artificial reason and other troubles, the water temperature at the outlet of cooling equipment was often lower than 7C°. In order to solve this problem, the corresponding control methods were adopted, mainly artificial and automatic control methods. The experiment and practical operation demonstrated that the temperature control met the construction requirement.
