摘要
平班水电站主厂房内安装了1台2×250t双梁双小车桥式起重机,该起重机由大连大起集团有限公司设计制造,其电气控制设备主要由配电保护系统、起升机构系统、小车运行系统、大车运行系统、PLC控制系统和照明系统6部分组成,该桥机采用ABBACS600变频器,利用CDP312控制盘改变ACS600的设置可以满足应用需要。介绍了变频技术在该电站厂房桥式起重机上的应用。
The main powerhouse of the Pingban hydropower station is equipped with a 2×250 t double-beam and double-trolley bridge crane, which was designed and manufactured by Dalian Daqi Group Ltd. The electric control equipment consists mainly of a distribution protection system, a hoisting mechanism system, a trolley traveling system, a bridge crane frame traveling system, a PLC control system and an illumination system. The bridge crane adopts an ABB ACS 600 frequency converter which makes use of a CDP312 control panel to change the setting up of the ACS600 for satisfying the applied demand.
