摘要
利用干法、湿法对河南西峡优质海泡石粘土进行超细粉碎。通过粒度测定、SEM、XRD等检测手段考察了各磨矿工艺参数对纤维剥离效果的影响,获得了平均长径比高达100∶1的海泡石纳米单纤,指出利用气流磨进行干法磨矿更有利于海泡石纳米单纤维的保护。
The ultrafine comminution of sepiolite from Henan was studied by the dry and wet grinding method.The effect of grinding process parameters on defiberization effects of sepiolite was investigated by the particle size determination and XRD ,SEM analysis.The sepiolite nano-filament of which the average length/ diameter was about 100/1 was got. The results showed that the dry grinding method was more advantageous on protecting sepiolite nano-filament from breaking by the airflow mill.
