摘要
硫酸钛经高温焙烧制得一种新型固体酸催化剂,克服了直接使用硫酸钛作催化剂回收再生困难的缺点。由吸附吡啶的红外光谱表明:该新型固体酸催化剂的表面存在明显的Br nsted酸点,其对合成联苯乙酸乙酯的反应催化活性高,联苯乙酸的转化率可达95%,同时它的回收容易,重复使用性能好。
A new species of solid acid catalysts were prepared by calcination of titanium sulfate, which solved the problems of recovering difficultly catalyst caused by the direct use of titanium sulfate as the catalysts. IR spectrum of pyridine absorbed on the surface showed that the new solid acid catalyst had Brnsted acid sites with high catalytic activity in the conversion ratio of felblinac were above 95%. At the same time, the catalysts could be recovered easily and good performance in the course of repeated use.
