国内主题公园开发存在的缺憾与反思

DEMERITS AND RETHINKING ABOUT THE DOMESTIC THEME PARK DEVELOPMENT

目前,国内主题公园开发主要在策划、主题选择、开发手法和投资四方面存在着缺憾。策划方面的不足具体表现为:混同策划和规划;不分策划阶段和管理阶段;将策划追求的目标和实现途径混为一谈;策划时的理论误区。主题选择方面的缺憾具体表现为:主题公园无主题;开发无精品主题;主题的选择不是由市场来定。开发手法方面的缺陷具体表现为手法单一和缺乏新意。投资方面的不足具体表现为主体不明。本文通过对具体问题进行反思,并提出了主题公园开发与健康发展的若干思路。

Currently, there still exist four demerits in developing the domestic theme parks, which concern such aspects as preliminary planning, theme picking, developing technique and unidentified investors .The preliminary planning is characterized by the indistinction between planning and layout, between planning and management stage: confusing the expected target in planning with its implemental approach;theoretical flaw in planning. The theme picking stage features the indistinct theme of the park, lack of quality theme as well as the awareness that the theme selection should be on the market basis. The developing technique manifests itself as being monotonous and deficient in innovation. The investment part proves to be investors unclear. Through the retrospection of these perspectives, the author attempts to present several notions for the sound development of the theme parks.
