摘要
文章介绍了近几十年来西方对工作满意和工作绩效的关系研究评论,以及未来的研究方向,其旨在为我国的人力资源的开发提供参考。
The article introduces the relationship between work satisfaction and work performance in recent years, and the way of research in the future. It is our aim to provide some suggestions for the native manpower studying.
