介绍了采用新型剪切应变传感器(称重轨)设计的铁路货车动态超偏载检测装置,给出了系统的检测原理及硬件和软件设计。该装置采用轮扫描、轴计量的检测方式,结构简单,检测精度高,安装维护成本低,在试验中取得了较好的效果。

This paper introduced a new type of overload and unbalanced load detecting device of freight car in motion. The device adopted a new type of shearing strain weighing sensor (weigh-line). The principle, the design of the hardware and software of this detecting device were also introduced.
