灌服二巯基丁二酸对小鼠^(210)铅和^(203)汞的促排和分布影响

Effect of dimercaptosuccinic acid per os on distribution and excretion of 210Pb and 203Hg in mice

摘要 小鼠ip Na—DMS,ig DMSA,ig DMSA加NaHCO_3或加Na-citrate。24h尿^(210)Pb排出分别为对照组的3.4,3.8,3.6,3.0倍,24h尿^(210)Hg排出分别为对照组的2.4,2.3,3.3,2.7倍,但粪^(210)Pb和^(203)Hg排出无明显增加,能降低组织中^(210)Pb和^(203)Hg的含量,但肾^(210)Pb则明显增加。结果证明ig DMSA驱^(210)Pb和^(203)Hg的作用肯定,其疗效和ip Na-DMS相近。 Sodium dimercaptosuccinate (Na-DMS) ip 1 g·kg-1, dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) ig 1 g·kg-1, DMSA ig 1 g·kg-1 with NaHCO3 or Na-citrate ig 3 g·kg-1 was given to mice, separately. It enhanced the excretion of 210Pb in urine about 3.4, 3. 8, 3. 6, and 2. 3 times vs control, respectively - within 2 4 h . It enhanced the excretion of 203Hg in urine about 2.4, 2.3, 3.3, and 2. 7 times, respectively within 24 h. Fecal excretion was not significantly elevated vs control. Tissue radioactivities showed a remarkable decrease in the levels of 210Pb and 203Hg in most organs, but DMSA increase the 210Pb content in kidney. The therapeutic effect of ig DMSA was similar to that of ip sodium dimercaptosuccinate.
