摘要
目的探讨胫骨平台复杂骨折的治疗方法。方法胫骨平台复杂骨折18例,其中12例开放性骨折,骨折复位后直接用外固定器固定;6例闭合性骨折行闭合复位外固定结合有限内固定治疗。结果随访12～30个月,平均18个月,根据Merchant评分标准,优9例,良6例,优良率83.33%。结论闭合复位外固定结合有限内固定治疗胫骨平台复杂骨折临床效果满意。
Objective To study the surgical treatment of complex fractures of the tibial plateau. Methods Among the 18 patients with tibial plateau fractures,12 cases of opened fractures were treated with external fixator, and 6 cases closed fractures were reduced with closed manipulation or minimally invasive procedure. Fixation was achieved using the combination of the screws and eternal fixator.Eighteen cases were followed up from 8 to 30 months (average,18 months).According to Merchant score,9 were good and 6 fair. Conclusion Closed reduction and fixation through minimally invasive procedure has provided satisfied results in tibial plateau fractures.
