一种零电压转换PFC升压变换器设计 被引量:2

摘要 提出了一种带有源箝位的ZVT-PWM升压PFC变换器。详细分析了该变换器的工作原理,讨论了电路的参数,进行了软件仿真,并在一台功率为3kW、工作频率为100kHz的通信用开关电源装置上进行了实验验证。仿真和实验结果都证明了这种变换器不仅可实现主开关管的零电压转换和辅助开关管的零电流开关,而且开关管的电压电流应力非常小,同时变换器效率可高达92%。 A novel single-phase active-clamped power factor correction converter is presented in this paper. The operation principle and the circuit parameters of the converter are analyzed. The proposed scheme is verified on a 3kW prototype converter operating at 100kHz. Simulating and experimental results prove that this circuit not only realizes the ZVT controlled by the main switch and the ZCS controlled by the auxiliary switch, but also has a low current and voltage stress, meanwhile, the overall efficiency of the proposed converter is 92%.
