摘要
观察盐酸川芎嗪(TMPH)30mg·kg-1iv后大白鼠心、肝、脾、肾、脑、肌肉、睾丸和血浆等组织中药物浓度的经时变化。统计矩分析结果表明:肝脏摄取率最高,AUC为247.9mg·h-1·L-1,其它依次为心脏、脾、脑、睾丸、肺、肾、肌肉、血浆;各组织药物消除的速度依次为:脾、血浆、肌肉、肺、脑、肾、肝、睾丸及心脏,心脏消除最慢,MRT为4.27h。我们认为:药物体内的脏器分布用统计矩法算出的AUC、MRT,再结合Cmax、Tmax等参数进行描述较为合理。
After iv injection of tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride(TMPH)in rats,the concentration of TMPH in tissues was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The results showed that concentration of TMPH was highest in liver, followed by heart,spleen,brain,testis,lung,kidney, muscle, plasma. It was suggested that AUC and MRT calculated by moment analysis combined with Cmax and Tmax, were important parameters to evaluate drug distribution.
