精神科医护人员被意外伤害后的心理状况调查

Investigation on Psychological Status of Accidentally-wounded Doctors & Nurses Woking in Mental Section

目的了解精神科医护人员发生意外伤害的情况及被伤害后的心理状况。方法采用问卷方法对76名精神科医护人员进行调查分析。结果精神科医护人员发生意外伤害的现象普遍存在,被伤害率为93.4%,且91.5%有不同程度的心理问题。结论正确评估精神科医护人员被伤害后的心理状况,对保持精神科医护队伍的稳定性,提高医疗护理质量有重要作用。

Aims:To know well about the case of accidentally -wounded doctors and nurses and their psychological status. Method: To adoptquestionnaire to 76 doctors and nurses who are working in Mental Section. As a result, the hurt rate is 93.4% and 91.5% of them have psychological problems by different level. Conclusion: To correctly evaluate their psychological status after accidental hurt is very important for stabilizing the doctor and nurse team is Mental Section and for impoving the curement and nursing quality.
