心包俞募配穴协同拮抗作用的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Synergic and Antagonistic Effects of Pericardial Back-Shu and Front-Mu Point Compatibility

目的 观察心包俞募配穴是否确实具有比单用俞穴或募穴更好的协同作用,抑或是具有拮抗作用。方法 观察30例冠心病患者采用自身对照针刺内关、膻中、厥阴俞、膻中配伍厥阴俞4个穴组对心功能的影响。结果 俞募配穴对心功能的改善,明显优于单用膻中或单用厥阴俞,内关单穴应用的疗效与俞募配穴具有同样优异的改善心功能的效果。结论 表明心包俞募配穴具有协同作用,内关穴确实是治疗冠心病的佳穴。

Objective To investigate if Back-Shu and Front-Mu point compatibility exactly has a better synergic effect than single use of Back-Shu or Front-Mu point or has an antagonistic effect.Methods An auto-control test was conducted in 30 patients with coronary heart disease to investigate the influences on cardiac function of acupuncturing Neiguan (PC 6), Shanzhong (CV 17),Juyinshu (BL 14) and compatible Shanzhong and Juyinshu.Results Back-Shu and Front-Mu point compatibility improved cardiac function significantly better than single use of Shanzhong or Juyinshu. Single use of Neiguan produced the same good improving effect on cardiac function as Back-Shu and Front-Mu point compatibility.Conclusion Pericardial Back-Shu and Front-Mu point compatibility has a synergic effect. Neiguan is exactly a good point for treating coronary heart disease.
