摘要 为了防止电涌引起的破坏,低压电源系统及信息系统中广泛使用了各类电涌防护器(SPD)。这些SPD中大部分使用了压敏电阻作为钳压元件,压敏电阻的状态就在很大程度上决定了SPD的防护效果。为了及时了解压敏电阻的状态,研制了一种用于钳位型SPD带电检测的智能检测仪。该检测仪可以带电或在线检测SPD中压敏电阻的状态。介绍了该仪器的硬件结构及软件设计方法,最后通过实际测试结果证明了该仪器的有效性。 In order to maintain the operational reliability of low-voltage supply system and information system, it is very important to detect the SPD state timely and effectively. The main element of SPD is varistor. So, the state of varistor is important. For detecting the state of varistor, an live detection device used in SPD detection is developed, which solves the automatic detecting problem about SPD detection on-line. Then the design method of hardware and the software of instrument are presented in detail. The result of field measuring shows that the instrument has excellent performance.
