摘要
在水温(16±1)℃的条件下,研究了盐度对美国红鱼Sciaenopsocellatus幼鱼存活、生长、摄食和耗氧率的影响。30d的试验结果表明,美国红鱼幼鱼在淡水中的存活率最低,为26.7%,而在8、16、24、32盐度下存活率均为100%;当盐度为16时鱼的生长最快,24时次之,8、32时较慢;饵料转换效率也是在盐度为16时最高,之后按盐度24、32、8的顺序依次降低;耗氧率在盐度为16时最低,8时最高。盐度为16时美国红鱼幼鱼生长加快的主要原因是渗透调节耗能降低。
The effects of salinity on feeding, growth, survival and oxygen consumption of juvenile red drum (Sciaenops ocellatus) were studied at a temperature of (16±1)℃. In the 30 day experiment, the minimal survival rate of 26.7% occurred in fresh water, and the survival rates were all 100% in salinity of 8, 16, 24 and 32.The fish had the best growth at a salinity of 16, and followed at a salinity of 24, 8 and 32.The feeding conversion efficiency was the same case in the growth, i.e. the highest one was in a salinity of 16, and then in turn were in salinity of 24, 32, and 8.The highest oxygen consumption rate was in a salinity of 8, and the lowest one was in a salinity of 16. Reduction of metabolic cost of osmoregulation was attributed to the best growth in a salinity of 16.
