烷基酰胺丙基多羟基季铵盐的性能及应用

Properties and applications of long-chain alkyl amido propylpolyhydroxy quaternary ammonium salt

以不同脂肪酸、N,N-二甲基丙二胺和3-氯-1,2-丙二醇为原料,制备新型的阳离子表面活性剂———烷基酰胺丙基二甲基-2,3-二羟丙基季铵盐(简写为Quat-N)。通过对其性能的测试,结果表明:Quat-N系列表面活性剂具有优异的调理性、配伍性和抗静电性等性能。可配制各种功能性个人护理产品。当用于发类产品时,能显著改善头发的干湿梳理性;用于护肤类产品时,使用后能赋予皮肤光滑、舒爽和湿润的感觉。

<Abstrcat>The manufacture of novel cationic surfactant alkylamido-propyl-N,N-dimethyl-2,3-dihydroxy propyl ammonium salt(simplified as Quat-N)prepared with different fatty acid,N,N-dimethyl propane diamine and glycerin (α-)chlorohydrin as raw material was briefed.The results of performance test of the product show that Quat-N has excellent performance such as conditioning,compatibility,antistatic property,et al.It can be used in preparation of various personal care products.It can improve wet-dry combing property,when it is used in hair care products and make slip feeling when it is used in skin care products.
