摘要 应用社会林业理论和方法对水城县实施退耕还林项目进行案例研究,分析了当地的社会经济变化,并提供相关研究结果供决策参考。 Applying social forestry theories and methodologies,the fieldworks on the implementation of Upland Conversion Program were conducted in Shuicheng County. This paper analyzes the local socioeconomic changes, and presents the study results for reference of policy-making.
