Monitoring of the Resistance to Bt Toxin of the Insect and the Research Progress on Control Strategy

随着Bt制剂的长期使用和转Bt基因作物广泛种植,昆虫对Bt毒素的抗性随之产生。本文就Bt毒素的杀虫机理、昆虫对转Bt基因作物的抗性表现形式及抗性监测的方法进行系统的综述,并就昆虫对Bt毒素抗性的治理策略进行必要的总结。

The insects engendered resistance to Bt toxin along with the use of biochemical Bt products and the planting of the transgenic Bt crops. The paper discussed the mechanism of toxicology, the resistance performance of insects to the transgenic Bt crops and the methods of resistance monitoring. The control strategies were also summarized in this paper.
