摘要
小鼠igCCl40.1%油溶液10mL·kg-1前ip氧代赖氨酸50mg·kg-1,每天2次,连续2d,能使CCl4所致肝细胞粗面内质网断裂减少,脂肪变性减轻,损伤恢复较快。超微结构观察提示,氧代赖氨酸能引起肝细胞胞浆局部区域溶解,基质丢失。促使CCl3失活可能是肝细胞损伤减轻的主要原因。
Hepatic cell injury by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4),ig.1%oil solvent of CCl410 mL·kg-1,in mice was assessed by electron microscopy.The toxic effects were markedly inhibited by L-4-oxalysine(I一677),50 mg· kg-1 ip being given twice daily for 2 d before CCl4.The fragmentation ofrough endoplasmic reticulum and the steatosis of hepatocytes were reduced obviously,The convalescence of injured hepatocytes was also faster than that of the control group without pretreatmentWith I一677.The ultrastructural observations indicated that I一677 induced the regional topolysis of cytoplasm of liver and loss of the cytoplasmic matrices.In the re-sult,the metabolism of CCl4 was inhibited,that maybe the main reason of I- 677 reducing the hepatic cellsinjury caused by CCl4 。
