摘要
目的对带微型传感器的动态测力式骨外固定器进行静态结构力学分析和动态结构特性实验研究。方法对20只成年活山羊股骨做骨折愈合应力实验研究,动态实时测取了应力与骨折愈合时间变化曲线。结果骨折端应力达到0.3~0.4MPa时,应力曲线成为渐近线,此时为骨折愈合最佳状态。结论治疗骨折时,加压或加压超过骨能承受的应力范围,不利于骨折愈合。
Objective To investigate the static structural machanics and dynamic stuctural features by a dynamic ergographic lateral faxator with a sensor. Methods Twenty adult goats' femura were used to perform the experimental research on fracture healing stress and to measure the alteration curve between the stress and healing time. Results The stress curve became an asymptote when a fracture end reached 0.3~0.4 MPa. And fracture healing was at its best during this period. Conclusion Compression or compression beyond the stress limits that the bones can stand is not beneficial for fracture healing in the treatment of bone fracture.
