Survivin基因在膀胱肿瘤中的表达

目的探讨Survivin基因在膀胱TCC中的表达及其与膀胱肿瘤生物学行为关系。方法逆转录PCR方法检测了16例正常膀胱组织、12例膀胱移行细胞乳头状瘤和59例膀胱TCC组织Survivin基因的表达。结果59例膀胱TCC呈Survivin基因高表达,其表达阳性率为76.27%,而膀胱移行细胞乳头状瘤和正常组织则有16.67%(2/12)和0(0/16)的表达,其差异有显著性(P<0.01)。Survivin基因的表达随肿瘤的分化程度的降低和TNM分期的增加而增多,但无明显统计学意义。其表达与膀胱肿瘤其它生物学行为如发病情况和年龄因素无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论Survivin基因在膀胱移行细胞肿瘤中的高表达提示其与TCC的发生有关。Survivin基因对膀胱TCC临床早期诊断和靶向治疗有重要意义。

Objective To study the relationship between expression of Survivin gene and biological behavior of bladder tumor. Methods To reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) detecting the expression of Survivin gene in 16 cases with normal tissue of bladder, papillate tumor in 12 cases and transitional cell cancer of bladder(TCC) in 59 cases. Result Survivin gene showed higher expression in TCC. The rate of positive-expression was 76.27%.The positive rate was 16.67%(2/12) and 0(0/16) in transitional cell papilla tumour and normal tissue of bladder. The difference was significant between the three tissues(P<0.01). The expression of the Survivin was not correlated with other biological behavior of bladder tumor. Conclusion The up-regulation of Survivin gene in TCC suggests that surviving play a role in the pathway of carcinogenesis. The Survivin is closely related to the apoptosis-suppression. They might play synergetic role in the course.
