摘要 目的了解泌尿系统感染患者病原菌的分布及耐药性,为临床诊断和用药提供可靠的依据。方法对尿培养分离出的169株病原菌进行鉴定和耐药性分析,药敏试验采用KB法,结果按NCCLS2000年版判断。结果感染菌株以大肠埃希菌为主(56.2%),其次为肺炎克雷伯菌(9.5%),凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(8.3%),肠球菌属(7.7%),铜绿假单胞菌(6.5%),变形杆菌属(5.9%),真菌(4.7%),金黄色葡萄球菌(1.2%);大肠埃希菌对亚胺培南、阿米卡星、呋喃妥因、头孢类抗生素敏感率较高(77.9%~100%),对喹诺酮类抗生素敏感率较低(14.7%~16.8%)。结论泌尿系统感染病原菌以大肠埃希菌为主,耐药性呈上升趋势。 Objective To know more about the distribution of pathogens and its drug resistance so as to provide the reliable proof for further clinical diagnosis and medication. Methods To analyse and estimate 169 strains of pathogens separated, testing drug sensitiveness with K-B and judging the results according to Edition NCCLS2000. Result Among the pathogens of urinary system infection,the bacteria of escherichia coli occupied 56.2%,second for klebsiella pneumonia 9.5% coagulase negative staphylococulis 8.3%,enterococcus 7.7%,pseudomonas aeruginosa 6.5%,proteus 5.9%,germs 4.7% and staphylococcus aureus 1.2%.Escherichia coli reacted well to the following antibiotics such as impenem,amikacin,nitrofurantoin and cephalosporins(77.9%~97.9%),and was poorly sensitive to the antibiotics such as kind of puinolones. Conclusion The major pathogens with urinary system infection are escherichia coli,owing to the upward tendency of the drug resistance.
