基于磨损分析的维修决策模型

摘要 根据机械设备零部件磨损过程及磨损故障的特点,综合考虑实际运行时各类生产条件等因素变化,设定零部件允许磨损量服从正态分布,零部件磨损量为随机变量,以维修费用最低为原则,建立了维修费用与磨损量随机变量的关系,并由此求解出最优的维修磨损量值,再运用灰色模型得出磨损量与运行时间的函数关系,由此导出最低维修费用下的最佳维修周期T的决策模型. This paper,on the basis of abrasion process of equipment parts and characteristic of abrasion failure,considering synthetically the changes of factors such as production conditions when equipments run in practice,presumes allowing abrasion value of parts obeys normal distribution and abrasion value parameter is random variable,and builds relation between maintenance costs and abrasion value parameter by the rule of minimizing maintenance costs,then answers the optimum abrasion value.Furthermore it deduces the function about abrasion parameter and time by using gray model,and establishes the maintenance decision model that can put forward the optimum maintenance period by minimizing maintenance cost.
