摘要
本文研究了维胺酸对二甲基苯蒽/巴豆油诱发小鼠皮肤乳头状瘤发生的影响.结果显示,口服雏胺酸可显著延迟小鼠肿瘤发生潜伏期,减少每鼠平均荷瘤数,降低肿瘤发生率,说明维胺酸具有明显的癌化学预防作用.维胺酸的癌化学预防作用与抗致突变.抑制促癌剂诱导细胞鸟氨酸脱谈酶活性,活性氧自由基产生及抑制细胞脂质过氧化有关.
The inhibitory effect of N 4(carboxypheiiyl) retinamide(RⅡ)on the mouse skincarcinogenesis and its mechanism of action werereported in this paper. R Ⅱ could effectively inhibit7.12-dimethylbenz(a)anthracene/croton oil inducedmouse skin papillomas.There was a remarkable delayin the latency period. The number of tumors and thepercentage of tumor bearing animals were decreased inRⅡ treated group. These effects were dose-dependent.In Ames test.RⅡ lowered the methyl methane-sulfonate-induced TA100 His-revertant.This resultsuggests that the anti-initiation action of RⅡmay re-late to its protection against DNA damage.RⅡ couldeffectively inhibit croton oil-induced mouse ear edemaand croton oil-induced ornithine decarboxylase activi-ty in mouse skin.It also inhibited the production ofH2O2 in rat polymorphonuclear leukocytes stimuldtedby tetrddecanoyl phorhol 13-acetate and exhibited pro-nounced inhibition on NADPH/vitamin C-inducedlipid peroxidation of rat liver microsome.
