摘要 【目的】 了解当前农村学龄儿童的营养状况,对存在的营养问题提出相应对策。 【方法】 对浙江省某农村175名小学生进行膳食调查、体格检查及实验室检查。 【结果】 ①膳食中能量、铁、核黄素、抗坏血酸及维生素E均达到推荐摄入量的80%以上,钙、锌和视黄醇当量摄入量均在推荐量的60%以下;②所调查的儿童中存在不同程度的营养不良和营养过剩,贫血检出率为1.7%,维生素A和维生素D边缘缺乏检出率分别为63.4%和64.7%,桡骨和尺骨的骨密度分别为(0.55±0.14)g/cm2 和(0.55±0.20)g/cm2。 【结论】 应在农村地区加强营养知识宣传教育,提倡平衡膳食和合理营养。 【Objective】To study the nutrition status of 175 school children in the rural area. Physical check and diet investigation were made on 175 students from one!elementary school in a rural area of Zhejiang Province and the nutrition status were evaluated. ①The results showed that the average intakes of energy, iron, riboflavin, ascorbic acid and tocopherols were over 80 percent of Chinese Recommended Natrient Intakes (RNIs). However the intakes of calcium, zinc and retinal equivalence were less than 60% of RNIs. ②Malnutrition was still a serious problem in the rural area. And overweight or obesity also affected the children health. The prevalence of anemia was about 1.7%. About 63.4% and 64.7% children suffered from vitamin A and vitamin D marginal deficiency, respectively. Bone mass density (BMD) of radio and ulna were(0.55±0.14)g/cm 2 and( 0.55±0.20)g/cm 2. [Conclusion] The dietary and nutrition status of school children in rural areas should be further improved.
