早产儿全经肠喂养时间及疾病与智能发育的关系 被引量：1

摘要 [目的]探讨早产儿全经肠喂养时间及疾病与智能发展的关系.[方法]以198例早产儿为观察对象,以出生为最初观察时间,记录达到全经肠喂养(full enteral feedings,FEF)时间或全经乳头喂养(full nipple feeding,FNF)时间,追踪随访至12～18个月时进行评估,采用CDCC婴幼儿智能测量表,测定智力发展指数(mental developmental index,MDI)和运动发展指数(psycho-moter developmental index,PDI). [结果]①达FEF/FNF时间越长,MDI和PDI越低,各组间差异有显著性(P＜0.05);②出生体重及胎龄与达到FEF/FNF时间及MDI的关系密切;③不同类型疾病与达到FEF/FNF时间的比较差异无显著意义(P＞0.05). [结论]早产儿达到FEF时间的长短是疾病、胎龄、出生体重影响智能发育的综合反映.因此,尽快达到FEF/FNF时间,是改善早产儿预后的关键.
