The new technological process of normal-pressure acid-base method with non-timber fiber was introduced briefly. The cleaner produce analysis of this technology was analyzed. It concluded that it is typical cleaner produce technology. Because the technology has four characteristics, which included less pollutant produced, better production function and high paper-plug rate, less equipment investment, lower wastage of energy and resource.
