通过对两座lOOm3气焦混烧石灰窑的供风系统和出灰系统的改造及炉顶废气回收、除尘、助燃空气预热等改造,对稳定炉况、提高石灰产质量、降低能耗及操作人员的劳动强度都起到了重要的作用。解决了石灰窑气中粉尘对周边环境的污染,以达到节能降耗提高经济效益及社会效益的目的。

Great effects of keeping furnace condition, incrasing the quantity and quality of lime, reducing the consumption of energy and labor intensity were achieved by the means of improving the air supply system and ash tapping system, retrieving waste steam from the furnace top, removing dust, preheating air in the combustion-supporting room in two 100m3 size of gad or coke burned lime-kiln. The purposes of energy-saving and increasing economic efficiency and social efficiency were achieved by improving the environmental pollution resulted from the dust of lime-kiln.
