摘要 九江石化70kt/a聚丙烯装置自1998年开工以来,产量逐年上升,能耗逐年下降。2002年聚丙烯产量已达103kt,能耗为5.053GJ/t。从装置能耗组成分析入手,通过提高产量、优化生产以及技术改造等措施的实施,装置能耗由6.453GJ/t降至5.053GJ/t。最后提出了凝结水、冷冻水富余能量综合利用、多产高熔融指数产品节电等节能降耗新设想。 The product of the 70 kt/a PP plant was increased and the energy consumption was reduced in Jiujiang subcompany since 1998. The product of PP was 1.03×105 ton on 2002, and the energy consumption was 5.053 GJ/t. The energy consumption of the PP plant was reduced from 6.453 GJ/t to 5.053 GJ/t by improving the product, optimizing production and technical innovations, in accordance with the consist analysis of the energy consumption. At last, the new conception such as the synthesis improve of condensation water and refrigerated water, electricity-saving by producing more high melt flow index (MI) PP was introduced.
