摘要
信息化是国家经济社会发展的大势所趋,卫生信息化建设也是方兴未艾的热点课题。电子病历是医院信息体系的重要组成部分,相比传统手写病历,电子病历具有显著的优点,但也随之产生一些负面影响。本文系统分析了医院实施电子病历后对医疗质量带来的潜在的影响,并提出了相应的对策。
Informationization is a hot issue in healthcare, as well as a tendency in nation economic development.Electronic medical record (EMR) is the crucial component of a hospital information system and has conspicuous advantages comparing with a traditional hand-written medical record. Anyhow, there are some negative effects. Analyses were made on the possible effects of EMR application on medical quality and countermeasures were brought forward.
