摘要
本文合成了三种未见文献报道的二叔丁基二氯化锡配合物，利用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱等对这些配合物进行了表征，体外抗癌活性筛选表明这些配合物抗Ｅｈｒｌｉｃｈ腹水癌活性优于阿克拉霉素Ａ。
Three new di-t-butyltin dichloride complexes with 2,2' -bipyridyl,1.10-phenanthroline and4.,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline have been synthesized and characterized by IR and protonNMR spectra.The in vitro antitumour activity of these compounds against Ehrlich ascites was higher than that of Acalacinomycin A.
