摘要
本文设计合成了１６种糠醛缩氨基硫脲衍生物，并对所合成的化合物进行了抑菌活性实验．结果表明：多种化合物对受试细菌有不同程度的抑制作用，有些化合物抑菌活性很高，很有发展前景。
In this paper.16 furfural thiosemicarbazone derivatives have been synthesized and tested for bacteriostatic activity against eight kinds of bacteria. The results showed that most compounds tested possessed inhibitive effect on some kinds of bacteria.Some compounds displayed higher activity.This pour some lighton theusage of 5-nitrofurfural thiosemicarbazones and their derivatives as a new kind of antibacterial agents in the future.
