摘要
采用还原糖测定仪测定熟地黄中还原糖(还原性成分)含量。结果表明,还原糖测定仪标准偏差(S)=0.14、变异系数(CV)=0.006(n=8),回收率为99.9%。同常规费林氏滴定法相比,还原糖滴定仪不受样品中颜色的干扰,而且快速、简单,精密度、准确度较高。
The reducing sugar in the prepared Rhizoma Rehmannia was determined with an reducing sugar analyzer.The results show that the analyzer's standard deviation(S) is 0.14,the coefficient of variation(CV) is 0.006(n=8),and the recovery rate is 99.9%.Compared with the conventional Fehling's titration,the analyzer is more convenient,rapid and accurate for determination of reducing sugar with less interference of the black sample.
