摘要
目的:观察α-干扰素治疗小儿毛细支气管炎疗效;方法:59例临床诊断为毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为治疗组32例,对照组27例,治疗组给予α-干扰素肌注,对照组给予病毒唑静脉滴入,分别比较两组咳嗽、喘憋、肺部罗音消失时间;结果:治疗组咳嗽、喘憋、肺部罗音消失时间显少于对照组,治疗组7d治愈率、总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性;结论:α-干扰素治疗毛细支气管炎安全有效,并值得推广。
Objective:Objective:to observe the effect of a-IFN in treatment of bronchiolitis in children.Methods:59 patients with bronchiolitis were randomly divided into two groups.32 cases that injected with a-IFN in a group,27 cases that droped in ribavirin in controlled group.hen compared the extinctin time of each group in cough,feel oppressed asthma and rales.Results:The time of a-IFN's group was obviously not so many as ribbavirin's.Time was different apparently in two groups.Conclusion:a-IFN has great effects in treatment of bronchiolitis of children.
