摘要
在分析传统Smith预估控制的基础上,引入了专家系统的参数整定规则,提出了专家Smith预估控制方案。这种方案能够依据系统性能识别模块所提供的特征参数,自动整定控制器的PID参数,从而调整控制器的输出。仿真结果表明,该方案能够提高系统的控制品质,在稳定性、快速性方面明显优于传统Smith预估控制器,并且当时滞参数变化时表现出了较强的鲁棒性和自适应能力。因此,基于专家系统的Smith预估控制器能够应用于温控仪表和锅炉等工业对象中。
Based on the analysis of conventional smith predictive controller,it is proposed in this paper that an algorithm of smith predictive controller based on expert system.According to characteristic parameters calculated by the performance identification module,this new algorithm can automatically adjust PID parameters by importing empirical knowledge,and modify the output of smith predictive controller.The simulation results show that this new algorithm has satisfactory static and dynamic performances,as well as better stability and faster speed of response than the conventional smith predictive controller.
