米非司酮对人输卵管肥大细胞数量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨米非司酮对人输卵管肌层及粘膜肥大细胞数量的影响。方法:取育龄妇女的输卵管,米非司酮组(10例)于术前12h给予米非司酮25mg口服,对照组(10例)不服用米非司酮,常规石蜡切片,用SP免疫组化法和图像分析法检测和计数肥大细胞。结果:对照组中,无论月经周期的增殖期或分泌期,肌层和粘膜的肥大细胞在相同部位的数量无明显差别(P>0.05);在肌层峡部肥大细胞数最多,壶腹部次之,伞部较少,各部位间两两比较差异有显著性(P<0.05);粘膜的肥大细胞计数,壶腹部和伞部差异无显著性(P>0.05)。米非司酮组在月经的不同周期阶段,峡部和壶腹部肌层的肥大细胞数均明显少于对照组(P<0.05),但伞部无显著差异(P>0.05)。米非司酮组的壶腹部粘膜肥大细胞数明显低于对照组(P<0.05),伞部则未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:人输卵管肌层及粘膜的肥大细胞数不受月经周期的影响;在米非司酮作用下,输卵管壁的肥大细胞数(除伞部粘膜外)均明显低于对照组。由于肥大细胞可使输卵管血流量减少及平滑肌收缩受阻,米非司酮可能影响受精卵的输送。 Objective:To investigate the effect of mifepristone on mast cell (MC) number of human Fallopian tube. Methods: Fallopian tube was taken from patients of reproductive age. Patients of mifepristone group (n=10) took a single dose of mifepristone 25mg, 12h preoperatively. No mifepristone was given to patients of control group (n=10). The distribution and number of MC were examined by means of immunohistochemistry and image analysis method. Results : In the control group, the MC number in the same portion of muscular layer and mucosa showed no significant difference during the menstrual cycle (P>0.05). The MC number in muscular layer was decreased in sequence as isthmus> ampulla> fimbrium (P<0.05), but no significant difference of MC number was found between the ampullar and fimbrial mucosa. (P>0.05). In the mifepristone group, during the menstrual cycle, the MC number in the muscular layer of isthmus and ampulla, but not fimbrium, was significantly decreased (P<0.05) as compared with control group. In the mifepristone group, during the menstrual cycle, the MC number in the ampullar, but not in the fimbrial mucosa was obviously less than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The MC number of the tubal muscular layer and mucosa is not dependent on the menstrual cycle. Under the effect of mifepristone, the MC number in the wall of the Fallopian tube, except fimbrial mucosa, is less than that of control group. Since MC can reduce blood flow and inhibit the contractible function of smooth muscle cells, mifepristone might affect the transfer of fertilized ovum.
