摘要
本文报道采用混旋噻吗洛尔，经碱化，ｄ－酒石酸拆分，得到两个光学活性物质（Ⅳ）和（Ⅴ）．经理化检测和光谱确证，（Ⅳ）为酒石酸噻吗洛尔［（±）－噻吗洛尔－ｄ－酒石酸盐（２：１）］．（Ⅴ）为左旋噻吗洛尔－ｄ－酒石酸盐，并对（Ⅳ）进行了降眼压作用的初步研究。
Racemic timolol was treated with NaOH and then resolved with d-tartaric acid to give Stimolol-d-tartaric acid salt(Ⅴ)and timolol tartrate[(±)-timolol-d-tartaric acid(2:1)J salt,Ⅳ].It was found that(Ⅳ)could lower the intraocular pressure(IOP)in normotensive rabbits significantly.
