改革开放以来,河南非公有制经济在国民经济中的地位和作用日益显著,已成为推动河南国民经济增长的重要力量。目前,非公有制经济创业积极性和投资信心明显提高,投资主体呈现新活力,投资方向呈现多元化,企业组织形式更趋合理,区域块状经济初显端倪。同时,还存在着发展环境、社会意识、服务体系、自身素质等方面的问题,要求我们从政策上加以支持和引导,大力发展非公有制经济,才能使之成为中原崛起的主力军。

The non-public economy position and function in national economy of Henan province are remarkable day by day,and it has already become the important strength of promoting growth of the national economy of Henan. In the new historical time, non-public economy starts an undertaking enthusiasm and investment confidence raise obviously, investment subject appearing new vigor, investment orientation appearing pluralism , enterprise more rationally organizational form, the cubic economy in the area shows such characteristics as the clue. Meanwhile,still there are such problems as development environment , social consciousness, service system , one's own quality ,etc..So it requires us to support and guide from the policy.Developing non-public economy in a more effective manner could make it become mainstay emerging in Central Plains .
