摘要
本文采用低温-钾盐乙醇法和低温-丙酮法从鲜鱼油及从制备鱼粉下脚料中制备富含高纯度廿碳五烯酸(EPA)和廿二碳六烯酸(DHA)甲酯,实验表明本方法可行,EPA,DHA两者收率之和超过目前市售此类产品两者之和(约60%左右)的含量,为开发鱼油新资源提供了科学依据。
A method of preparation of high purity methyl eicosapentaenate(EPA)and methyl docosahexaenate(DHA)from Engraulis japonicus by potassium alcohol or acetone at lower temperature has been established.The content of EPA and DHA in our product is over 71%(sold in market is about 60%).It has been proved that the method can be used to produce fish oil from Engraulis japonicus which is a new source of fish oil.
