摘要
当下,师范院校在教育改革新理念的冲击下,陷入了发展的困境。这种困境源于传统师范教育自身的局限:师范院校单设体制的封闭性、教师职前培养的一次性以及课程设置与培养方式的僵化与形式化。只有坚持师范性与综合性相结合,注重学术研究能力的不断提高,改革陈旧的培养模式,我们的教师教育才会逐步走向专业化和一体化,我们的师范院校也才会逐步走出困境。
Being shocked by the new ideas of education reform,the normal universities have entered the predicament of development. These predicaments can be traced to its traditional limitations such as the closed and once-for-ever system of teacher training,and the rigid mode of its curriculum & teaching. Only we stick to striding forward comprehensive universities while basing themselves on the characteristic of normal universities, reinforce academic construction to promote their actual strength and innovate old education pattern , can our teacher-education be professional and unified and can our normal universities walk out of predicament .
