GC/MS法分析吉林产哈土蟆卵油的脂肪酸

利用ＧＣ／ＭＳ法，从吉林产哈士蟆卵油中检定出９种酸。其中亚油酸的相对百分含量为 ３６．０５，花生四烯酸的相对百分含量为１．６３，为卵油具降血脂等作用的药理研究提供了依据。
