摘要
在分析美国高校学生事务管理队伍的地位、来源、构成、人员素质、培训和进修等特点的基础上,得出了对我国高校学生管理队伍建设的有关启示。
This paper draws inspirations to construct managing stuff in China by analyzing the features of managing stuff to students in American colleges in terms of status、origin and constitutes、qualities of members、training and attendance.
