摘要
选用鲁米诺-过氧化氢-钴离子化学发光体系淬灭测定了中草药牡丹皮、徐长卿中所含有效成分丹皮酚,按优化的实验条件测得丹皮酚的线性范围宽(10-8~10-5g/ml)、回收率高(95%~96%)、RSD小(1.08%~2%)、检测下限低(1.3 × 10-9g/ml)、灵敏度高、快速简便,效果良好。
Luminol-H2O2-Ca2+ was used as chemiluminescence to determine efficient elementpaeonol in Radix Cynanchi paniculati and Cortex moutan. Under the best experimental condition,we obtained large liner range (10-8~ 10-5g/ml) ; high recovery (95 % - 96 % ), small coefficient of variation (1. 08% - 2% ), low determined lower limit (1. 3 X 10-9 g/ml ), high sensitivity. The method is rapid and simple, with good results.
