用化学发光法测定丹皮酚的研究

选用鲁米诺－过氧化氢－钴离子化学发光体系淬灭测定了中草药牡丹皮、徐长卿中所含有效成分丹皮酚，按优化的实验条件测得丹皮酚的线性范围宽（１０－８～１０－５ｇ／ｍｌ）、回收率高（９５％～９６％）、ＲＳＤ小（１．０８％～２％）、检测下限低（１．３ × １０－９ｇ／ｍｌ）、灵敏度高、快速简便，效果良好。

Luminol-H2O2-Ca2+ was used as chemiluminescence to determine efficient elementpaeonol in Radix Cynanchi paniculati and Cortex moutan. Under the best experimental condition,we obtained large liner range (10-8~ 10-5g/ml) ; high recovery (95 % - 96 % ), small coefficient of variation (1. 08% - 2% ), low determined lower limit (1. 3 X 10-9 g/ml ), high sensitivity. The method is rapid and simple, with good results.
